Terms and Conditions for enrolling in Online Shia Quran Academy for kids and Adults

  • Shia Islamic jurisprudence by Learned shia Quran Scholars

  • The History of 14 infallibles and their sacrifice to Islam

All these Quran lessons are taught by experienced Shia Quran tutors in one-on-one sessions, where students get personalized attention from the Quran tutor and can learn Islamic education in line with the teachings of the Ahlulbayt A.S. in a comfortable environment. The main purpose of the terms and privacy policy of our Shia Quran Academy is to remind the students of what we offer and on what conditions they can interact with us.

 

General Terms

  • Service Overview:
    We provide online Shia Quran classes and Shia Yassarnal Quran Qaida through our qualified Shia Quran teachers via online services like Teams, Zoom, and WhatsApp. 
  • Eligibility:
    Our services are open to individuals of all ages. For minors under 18 years, parental or guardian consent is required.
  •  Acceptance of Terms:
    By enrolling in our services, you agree to these terms in order to have mutual trust and have maximum benefits without going through any doubts. 

Registration and Privacy

  • Account Registration:
    To access our services, students or their guardians must register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Privacy Policy:
    We prioritize your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or usage is protected and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Payment and Refunds

  • Fee Structure:
    All course fees must be paid in advance through the available payment methods on our website.
  •  Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be made within the first week of enrollment.

Refunds will not be issued after 7 days unless classes are canceled by the academy.

  • Payment Security:
    We use secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of financial transactions.

Code of Conduct:

  • Respect and Decorum:
    Students, guardians, and instructors are expected to maintain mutual respect during classes. Misbehavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
  •  Use of Platform:
    The platform should solely be used for learning purposes. Any misuse, including but not limited to spamming, sharing offensive content, or unauthorized access, will result in termination of services. 

Class Scheduling and Attendance:

  • Class Timings:

Classes will be scheduled in coordination with students or guardians. Timely attendance is mandatory to ensure effective learning.

  • Missed Classes:

If a class is missed without prior notice, it will not be rescheduled.

If the instructor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

Intellectual Property:

All content, including teaching materials, videos, and resources provided by the academy, is the intellectual property of Our Academy. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:

We strive to provide a seamless learning experience. However, we are not responsible for:

Internet disruptions or technical issues on the user’s end.

Any personal disputes between students or guardians and instructors.

Termination of Services:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms without prior notice.

Amendments:

Shia Quran Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
