Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any of our online Shia Quran courses for kids or adults.

All Quran lessons are taught by experienced Shia Quran tutors in one-on-one sessions, where students receive personalised attention and learn Islamic education in line with the teachings of the Ahlulbayt (A.S.) in a comfortable environment. The main purpose of these terms is to remind students of what we offer and on what conditions they can interact with us.
1. General Terms
▼- Service Overview: We provide online Shia Quran classes and Shia Yassarnal Quran Qaida through our qualified Shia Quran teachers via online platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
- Eligibility: Our services are open to individuals of all ages. For minors under 18 years, parental or guardian consent is required.
- Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in our services, you agree to these terms in order to build mutual trust and gain maximum benefit without any doubts.
2. Registration & Privacy
▼- Account Registration: To access our services, students or their guardians must register and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Privacy Policy: We prioritise your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or usage is protected and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
3. Payment & Refunds
▼- Fee Structure: All course fees must be paid in advance through the available payment methods on our website.
- Refund Policy:
- Refund requests must be made within the first week of enrollment.
- Refunds will not be issued after 7 days unless classes are cancelled by the academy.
- Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of all financial transactions.
⚠️ Refund requests submitted after 7 days of enrollment will not be accepted unless the academy cancels the class.
4. Code of Conduct
▼- Respect and Decorum: Students, guardians, and instructors are expected to maintain mutual respect during all classes. Misbehaviour, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
- Use of Platform: The platform must be used solely for learning purposes. Any misuse — including spamming, sharing offensive content, or unauthorised access — will result in immediate termination of services.
5. Class Scheduling & Attendance
▼- Class Timings: Classes are scheduled in coordination with students or guardians. Timely attendance is mandatory to ensure effective learning.
- Missed Classes:
- If a class is missed without prior notice, it will not be rescheduled.
- If the instructor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
6. Intellectual Property
▼- All content — including teaching materials, videos, and resources provided by the academy — is the intellectual property of Shia Quran Academy Online. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
▼We strive to provide a seamless learning experience. However, we are not responsible for:
- Internet disruptions or technical issues on the user's end.
- Any personal disputes between students or guardians and instructors.
8. Termination of Services
▼- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms without prior notice.
9. Amendments
▼- Shia Quran Academy Online reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
